Dues & Fees

 

Band participation comes with some program-specific costs throughout the year. Below you'll find current dues and fees, payment information, and opportunities to offset costs.

 

Current Fees

Instrument Rental Fee (if applicable)

$100 - Covers the entire school year, regardless of the number of

school-owned instruments used.

 

Marching Band Dues

$200 - Covers participation in the Marching Band for the season.

 

Marching Shoes

New: $40 a pair

Used: $5 a pair

 

Marching Gloves

$4 per pair

Indoor Group Dues

$200 - Covers participation in the Winter Guard for the season.

When To Pay

We ask families to make every effort to pay applicable dues and fees by the following times:

 

Marching Band: By the first day of band camp.

Instrument Rental: By the first week of school.

Indoor Group: Within one week of the start of the season.
 

Need Help Covering Costs?

We want students to have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our program.

​

Fundraising opportunities, including working during UVA football games in August, September, October, and November, will be available to help offset the applicable dues and fees.

How To Pay

Payments can be made using the online payment system.

​

Cash and checks are also accepted. A receipt will be provided to your student for payments received using one of these methods.
