CHS Bands l Weekly Update

Good Evening Band Family!

I hope that you are feeling rested and ready to go. On Saturday we installed close to 1,800 seats at UVA and finished the first order for the lower bowl! This rainy Sunday provided a fantastic opportunity to stay inside and recover from the long week. We have a lot going on this week and here is a quick look ahead. 

Band Camp Schedule:

• Monday and Tuesday Regular full camp schedule 8am-4pm with a lunch break.

• Wednesday No rehearsal 

• Thursday 1pm-8pm with a snack break ending at the stadium with a friends and family show at 7:30pm

• Friday Regular full camp schedule 8am-4pm closing with a pool party at Fry’s Spring from 6-8 including pizza and beverages for the students. 

  • A parent get together interest form was sent out by the boosters. This would be at the same time and place as the student party but in the club house. 

• Saturday will be our second day of UVA seat installs. Be on the lookout for the sign up genius. 

You guys are crushing it! Keep working hard, the show is coming together.
