Busy Weekend Incoming!

Good afternoon band family!
We are looking to dry out some this weekend, and what a better way to spend it outdoors with some of the best musicians around! As I mentioned, we have a busy weekend ahead of us and we still need some help making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We don't need anyone to do everything, but it goes a long way when most of us do something.
Our most pressing need is at UVA Scott Stadium for the football game.
Call time is 9:30am at the East Gate and we should be done before 1:00pm. Participants should make more than $50 that can go toward our Nashville trip. Best part is that from there you can choose to stay and watch 3 quarters of exciting UVA football, call it a day, or come and check out all the action at the Cavalcade.

We've had a decent uptick in the past few days but still have more spots available. Only 12 specific spots left available on Saturday and a few more help where needed spots. Thank you so much parents! You guys are awesome.
There are also a few Sunday clean up spots available as well.
Students signed up for spots in band class the other day for student specific positions. I'll try and post it by Friday night.

If you don't have the time, but still want to contribute, there are a few spots left to provide for the hospitality tent.
Finally, a long overdue thank you
I realize that the band has this massively heavy lift at the beginning of the school year, and I just wanted to say thank you so much for your dedication to the students and the program. Parents, we could not do half of what we do without you.
