Cavalcade

Thanks to all of those who volunteered this year and all of those who helped with the planning. We also thank all of our Sponsors and Advertisers.

 

The 32nd Cavalcade marching band competition will happen in October 2019.

The 31st Cavalcade marching band competition was a success for 2018.  

 

Spring 5K

The Band on the Run 5K is a fundraising activity by the CHS Band and the CHS Cross Country team.

 

The 3rd annual Band on the Run 5K (5/5/18) was a great success.
 

The 2nd annual Band on the Run 5K (5/7/16) was a great success.

The 1st annual Band on the Run 5K (5/6/17) was a great success.

 

Dining Out

 

Opportunities to dine out at a local restaurant and have part of your purchase go towards the Band Boosters.  

 

Past opportunities include Mezah Mediterranean Grill in the Shops at Stonefield, Brixx Pizza in Barracks Road Shopping Center and Guadalajara.  Look for specific announcements of dates and restaurants.

Benefiting the Students (75%) and the Band Booster Organization (25%)

 

The following are opportunities are for students to raise money to pay for Dues and Fees and Trips.  All monies earned go towards paying Dues and Fees first and then are credited for Trips.  Your student's balance may be requested from the Boosters Treasurer.

UVA Seat Concessions

Work UVA football home game days renting seats to the fans. Sign up to work the games HERE.

Kroger Plus Cards

Connect your Kroger Plus Card to the Charlottesville High School Band Boosters Inc. account.
Most purchases you make at Kroger will benefit the CHS Band and your student or the student you know. This is free, and there is no cost. Please make sure that you provide your Kroger Plus Card number to the treasurer, Boosters Treasurer. Check your account online every December, March, June, and September for your quarter earnings.  Take a screenshot of your account page and send it to the Treasurer at the email above.
